1 Property & Tenancy Details
2 4 Weeks Before Move-Out

Move-out date confirmed in writingEmail or letter from landlord acknowledging date
Deposit return process clarifiedTimeline, bank details, and deduction process confirmed
Move-in inventory / condition report retrievedCompare against current state to pre-empt disputes
